摘要
中国海上油气田勘探开发污水排放浓度限值标准主要依据国标GB4914—2008，该标准明确规定了海洋石油勘探开发活动中产生的直接排放入海的污染物在不同海区的排放浓度限值，适用于中国内水、领海及其他管辖海域。美国海上油气开发活动主要集中在外大陆架区域，污水排放针对不同的外大陆架海区制定了相应的排污许可证，论文从美国海上油气田污水排放标准制定政策、许可证排放限值要求入手，对比中美两国标准差异，为中国海上油气田污水排放限值尤其是未明确规定的污染物提供参考。
