津巴布韦东马绍纳兰省赛凯区社区农民对动物粪肥的使用和管理

不当的处理和储存方式会降低粪肥作为肥料的质量。在津巴布韦赛凯(Seke)社区进行了一项调查,以建立共同的肥料管理办法,确定影响肥料使用的因素,并确定肥料管理办法对蔬菜产量的影响。2019年4月至8月,对222名受访者进行了结构性问卷调查。使用SPSS进行描述性和推理统计。用卡方检验和斯皮尔曼秩相关检验不同自变量与农户有机肥管理行为的相关性和非因果关系。88%的受访者拥有小于1公顷的土地,51%经常使用鸡粪,但只有0.5吨/公顷的用量。施用牛粪用量最大(>5吨/公顷);50%的农户对畜禽粪便管理信息缺乏了解。围篱是畜舍的常见形式,但对畜禽粪便的数量和质量有负面影响。旱地有机肥管理措施最为普遍(90%),不同有机肥管理方式对蔬菜产量的影响差异显著(P<0.05)。干燥粪肥质量损失较低(P<0.05)。总的来说,家禽粪和猪粪的养分含量高于牛粪和羊粪。动物饲养影响了作为肥料的粪肥的数量和质量。有必要推广服务项目,如肥料管理的职业培训、农民之间的接触访问以及主要的农场方法。
