青年赋权计划(YES)的可持续性:农业和农村管理培训学院的案例研究

该研究以农业和农村管理培训学院(ARMTI)为例,研究了青年赋权计划的可持续性。采用结构化问卷对112名受访者进行了三阶段抽样。使用描述性统计分析数据。调查结果显示,受访者的平均年龄为34.5岁。研究显示更多的男性(63.4%)参与了该计划,其中大多数(72.3%)是单身。受访者获得的主要益处是技能获得(98.2%)、对农业态度的积极改变(94.6%)和获得资本(90.2%)。政府资金或资本支持不足,政府对赋权后的支持不力,以及支持连续性的政治环境不确定是该计划可持续性的主要制约因素。制约因素(r=0.462*)与青年赋权计划可持续性之间显著相关。研究结论认为,青年赋权计划是可持续的。政府、发展专家和捐助机构必须确保计划的可持续性在计划的每个层级都得到考虑,并且必须从一开始就努力进行监测和评估,以防止资源浪费。
