摘要


减小摩擦副的功耗损失对节能型动力装备具有重要意义,高能效摩擦副的设计与制造水平是决定其在极端工况下服役性能的关键。表面织构已被证实可实现摩擦副零部件的减阻、密封、抗磨等功能,是提高装备附加价值和延长设备寿命的有效技术手段。论文通过介绍表面织构的概念和原理分类,概述该领域的关键研究进展和新技术创新,提供不同使用场景的织构设计准则,揭示织构化摩擦副表面的减摩抗磨机理,为摩擦副服役性能评估提供有价值的基础理论,开拓动力装备效率提升的研究新思路。
