基于 QFD 方法优化医疗系统中的人机交互研究

摘要


本研究旨在通过应用QFD方法,系统分析并优化医疗人机交互设计。通过访谈和问卷调查收集医疗从业者和患者的需求,使用Kano模型对这些需求进行分类和重要性评分。随后将用户需求转化为具体的设计要求,构建QFD矩阵,并计算每个设计要求的总权重,以确定其优先级。研究结果表明,自动填充和错误提示功能、减少界面元素数量、提供快捷键支持等设计要求对提升医疗信息系统的可用性和用户满意度具有重要作用。基于QFD分析结果,提出了优化数据输入过程、精简界面设计、增加快捷键功能、开发便捷的信息查询和预约系统、提供详细的操作指导等具体的设计改进建议。
