商业综合体立面的城市界面化设计方法研究——以长沙开福天街为例

摘要


商业综合体立面常被理解为体量包装或品牌展示,但在高密度城市更新语境下,它更应承担街道开放、入口识别、夜间引导与建造控制等复合职责。本文以长沙开福天街为例,提出“城市界面化”的立面设计方法:通过首二层橱窗开放、高区模数化幕墙、转角入口强化、日夜双重识别和样板段反馈,将大型 MALL 的外立面转化为连接城市道路、广场景观、内部业态与幕墙工艺的公共界面。案例表明,商业立面的品质不只来自造型主题,而来自开放性、材料肌理、尺度秩序、消费体验和施工精度之间的协同。
