人工智能工具在跨文化英语沟通能力提升中的效果研究

摘要


人工智能在英语语言教学中展现出显著潜力,尤其在提升语言流利度、准确性和学习成就方面。然而,AI在培养复杂且细致入微的文化敏感性沟通能力方面的效能仍是未充分探索的领域,且现有AI工具中普遍存在文化偏见,可能限制其在多元文化环境中的应用。本文旨在探讨AI驱动工具在提升英语学习者文化敏感性沟通技能方面的实际效能。通过文献回顾,我们发现AI在提供个性化学习、增强互动和促进基本语言技能习得方面具有优势。然而,AI在识别和纠正文化失误、模拟多元文化交流场景以及培养“元文化能力”方面仍面临挑战,其设计往往忽视了文化、幽默和同理心等关键要素。
